Welcome to Gaming Club. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services and the stay at our Gaming Club. By booking our services, you fully accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Reservations

All reservations made through our website, by phone, or in person are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if necessary, with prior notice to the guest.

Service Hours

Services are provided from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM. The start and end times of services may vary depending on availability. Guests are required to present a valid identification document upon service commencement.

Rates and Payment

Service rates are per event and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges for services such as food, drinks, and transportation will be added to your final bill. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or other accepted methods at the conclusion of the services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or modifications to reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event date to avoid cancellation fees. Failure to cancel within this period will result in a charge equal to the cost of the first service. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or modification.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damage caused to the mobile Gaming Club property by the guest or their visitors will be charged to the guest's account. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the premises of the Gaming Club, except for service animals with prior approval. Guests with service animals must notify the Gaming Club in advance and provide appropriate documentation.

Personal Belongings

The Gaming Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the provided safes for valuables and ensure their area is securely locked when unattended.

Privacy

Force Majeure

The Gaming Club is not liable for any failure to provide services or meet obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements.

Liability

The Gaming Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the services rendered.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website and at the event site. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
